By accessing or using Whales Learning's website and educational services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Whales Learning provides English reading, writing, and critical thinking educational programs for students. Our Services include in-person and online sessions, digital learning tools, assignment management, progress tracking, and communication features.

3. Account Registration

• Parents/guardians must register on behalf of their children to access our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Account approval is at the sole discretion of Whales Learning administration.

4. Payment and Billing

• Tuition fees are billed on a monthly basis as determined by the class schedule.
• Payment is due by the specified due date communicated each billing cycle.
• Refunds for cancelled classes will be handled according to our cancellation policy.
• Materials fees may be charged separately as applicable.

5. Class Policies

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned work.
• Makeup classes may be arranged for excused absences, subject to availability.
• Whales Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Class schedules and curriculum may be adjusted to best serve students' learning needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curriculum, worksheets, quizzes, and digital resources provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Whales Learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of our program without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Whales Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the educational relationship with reasonable written notice. Whales Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Whales Learning operates.
